Spirulina Power Smoothie

Soy milk - 1 cup per person
Banana - 1 per person
1 tbsp Spirulina
1 tbsp Tahini
1 tsp Agave syrup
1 tsp ground flaxseeds
Handfull of berries

Blend with ice! (turns out grey in colour due to the berries however it's truly wonderful tasting)

Excellent breakfast smoothie, also great replacement for whey powder protein shakes pre/post workout.
