Chefs Favorite Spirulina Smoothie

10oz coconut milk

1 T virgin coconut oil
1 T goat milk whey
1 T macro greens
1 T spirulina powder
1 T almond butter
1 T golden flax meal
2 T raw honey

Just blend until smooth.

All the products can be found at most "whole" food stores.
The tablespoon of macro greens (that is the name of the product) and spirulina give the raw nutrition of close to 7 servings of fruits and vegetables. This smoothie keeps my very satisfied for 12 hours. I also no longer crave sweets (my specialty is pastries--go figure). Enjoy!
